📜 Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each order is prepared with care and attention to ensure the highest quality standards. However, since most of our products are custom-made, standard return and exchange policies do not apply.

1. Personalized Products

All wedding favors, invitations, and personalized items are produced based on the information provided by the customer during the order process.

Please make sure all personalization details (such as names, dates, and text) are entered correctly and completely at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in preparing and packaging our products. However, in rare cases, production or shipping issues may occur.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos showing the issue must be provided for review.

Once approved, you may choose:

A free replacement of the same item, or

A full refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect personalization details (names, dates, text) entered by the customer,

Items damaged due to misuse after delivery,

Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

After 6 hours, cancellations for personalized items are not possible, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.
